If you’re thinking about driving to Disney World, renting a car once you get there, staying offsite or even at some onsite resorts, then you need to understand about the Disney World Transportation and Ticket Center, often referred to as the TTC. All Disney World Magic Kingdom parking takes place here, but it isn’t only a parking spot for your car. The Transportation and Ticket Center, also known as the TTC, is a transportation hub. Here’s everything you need to know about this often-overlooked part of the Disney World vacation experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where Can I Find Disney World Magic Kingdom Parking?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Magic Kingdom has no visitor parking lot located at the park. Instead, all Magic Kingdom parking is located about a mile away, linked to the park via the Disney World Transportation and Ticket Center. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parking lot is split into two sides, named Heroes and Villains. The Villains side features parking locations named after Disney villains. They include: Jafar, Hook, Ursula, Zurg, Scar, and Cruella. The Heroes side has sections named after Woody, Simba, Mulan, Aladdin, Peter Pan, and Rapunzel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you park in one of these lots, you will have to board a tram or walk to the Disney World Transportation and Ticket Center. From the TTC, you will board a ferry boat or monorail<\/a> to the Magic Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the 2 aforementioned parking lots, there is a preferred parking location. This section of the lot does not require you to take a tram, but you will pay more to be within walking distance of the Disney World Transportation Ticket Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parking for the Magic Kingdom comes in three tiers. Standard parking is the most common and costs $30 per day for one car or motorcycle. parking here will require a tram ride or a longer walk to reach the monorail or ferry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred parking costs $45, $50 or $55 per day per day for one car or motorcycle, based on season and date of visit. Preferred parking allows you to snag one of those up-close parking spaces for a quicker commute to the park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
